One of the major areas impeding availability in most organizations is poor change management. To address this, NUVO will perform routine configuration changes on devices that we are managing for you. We integrate our change submission process with your change review process to ensure that we execute the changes that have been approved by your teams, and we provide you an electronic mechanism to submit changes to us, via MAXadvantage.

Once we have received the approved change, then we schedule it, execute it and keep complete records about what we did and what happened. If you need help with more complicated changes, we can work with you to define, design and execute a custom change project where we work out what changes are required and then execute them as scheduled.

Change Management System

NUVO handles all of your routine changes. In order to make this as easy as possible, while ensuring that changes are approved following the appropriate process, that changes are tracked and documented correctly and so that all changes can be audited when required, NUVO uses an on-line change management systems built-in to MAXadvantage.

This change management tool allows you to submit changes to NUVO for execution through the web interface, and ensures that all the required information is captured. You can also view the status of changes, what changes are currently scheduled and review past changes using the same tool.
